Hanns Seidel Foundation Bids Farewell and Welcomes Successor in Tanzania

Mr. Klaus Liepert, Head of the Africa Department at Hanns Seidel Foundation, paid a courtesy call to the German Ambassador in Tanzania. This is part of a diplomatic relationship that has been upheld over the years. Both Mr. KarlPeter Schoenfisch, the outgoing resident representative and Mr. Frank Gollwitzer, the new resident representative for Tanzania and Uganda, were in attendance of the meetingIt was an important phase in the changeover of leadership.
